Justice Maintenance

Keep inmate morale up and recidivism rate low!

Controls:
R to begin each shift.

Left Click and Drag to assign inmate's profiles to cells on your document.

Right Click to view an inmates statuses such as morale and gang affiliation. Right click again to close the details view.

Rules:
Some inmates are in gangs, and won't want to share a cell with different gang members.

When cells are too crowded, inmates will lose morale!

Assign inmates to rehab to increase their morale and reduce their chance to reoffend! Careful, even rehab can get too crowded.
